Whenever I use bluetooth, my motorola evoke puts ringtones in a music folder, instead of in a place for ringtones. I know I can get BREW, but I don’t have internet on it. I can’t send my ringtones to others at this time because of this, so I need to know how to classify them as ringtones.

your phone coild be blocked. some carriers disable bluetoothing of ringtones so you buy the ringtones form them. Try making the ringtones from an online free website. I like Ventones. its free and trusthworthy. i use it for my $600 Nokia N97.
